Many thanks to Nicola and Lola from Sligo Taekwondo club for doing an introductory session to the sport of Taekwondo with us last Wednesday. We really enjoyed the session and loved the various exercises and moves. Hopefully Nicola will be back to us in the Autumn for more Taekwondo fun.
